Project – 17: Air Pressure

Overview

In this project, we will explore a STEM air pressure experiment with a balloon and a straw. This experiment demonstrates how variations in air pressure can move water, illustrating the properties of gases and fluids.

  • Balloons can be dangerous if used improperly. Keep them away from young children, do not overinflate, keep away from heat sources, dispose of them properly, and use caution when tying.
  •  Sharp Edge Warning – Scissors (Ages 12 and under) CAUTION Cut Hazard: The product has functional sharp edges. Contact may result in injury. Always keep blades away from fingers and body.
  • Adult supervision is required for using Scissor and Paper Cutter.
