Clay Modeling: Colorful Snail Shapes

Objective

The objective of this project is to create colorful snail models using clay to develop fine motor skills and learn about simple animal structures. Students will gain an understanding of basic anatomy of snails and enhance their creativity and dexterity through hands-on modeling.

Scientific interpretation

In this project, you will learn about the basic structure of snails. Snails have a coiled shell, a soft body, and tentacles. By modeling snails with clay, you will explore their anatomy and understand how these simple structures function in nature.
